How do I make an exchange?
Since we cannot guarantee that when you exchange your item that it will still be in stock, it is best to just go ahead and purchase the item you want and then return your unwanted item for a refund. This ensures that we won’t sell out of that item before we receive your return. Please be sure it fits the criteria for our Return Policy.
My custom gown is too small / too large / Can I return for a different color?
Your Princess Gown or Princess Birthday dress is made by hand for you after you place your order. For this reason we do not offer "Remakes, Exchanges or Refunds" as a courtesy. Please refer to our Princess Gown FAQ for our Policies on custom and made to order items.
When will my order ship?
Please refer to each listing for approx shipping time. Listing that state immediate ship or 1-3 business days etc will ship in 1-3 business days.
Listing that state please allow 2-3 weeks or will arrive in 18-21 business days are pre-order items and will arrive around the designated time frame. Please email us though our Contact page if you have questions.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide. Shipping rates will vary for international shipping. Can I cancel my order? Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order because once the order is confirmed, it is immediately sent to our suppliers, dressmakers, etc. where they will order materials and arrange to make, or order if the item is a pre-order and send the package as soon as possible. If you have questions, please email us though our Contact page.
Do we have a sizing guide?
We try to make it as easy as possible for you to know which size will fit you best. Most of our products will have details listed on the same page that will give information about sizing. Also more information on how we measure our products is listed on our How to Measure for your Princess Gown page.

To keep up to date for our current sales and promotions, please sign up for our Newsletter in our website footer section and check our Instagram and Facebook pages where there will be posts regularly. Do you have any giveaways? Current Giveaways will usually be posted on our Instagram and Facebook pages.
When will we restock?
We will do everything we can to restock our most popular items. To find out information about when we will restock, check Instagram and Facebook pages to get the latest details. I need to order multiple quantities of one item, what if you don't have enough? This depends on if our manufacturer has the product you are looking for in stock.
