The Following Items Cannot Be Returned
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Hair accessories (including headbands, crowns and tiaras)
- Items on sale

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I do not offer refunds for any reason.
I am happy to exchange any dresses returned within 14 days of receipt. Dresses must be returned in it's original packaging in clean, unworn condition with tags still attached and must be accompanied by original invoice to be eligible for an exchange. Absolutely no exchanges can be accepted after 14 days for any reason.
Dresses returned rolled up and or in alternate packaging will not be accepted. Dresses smelling of cigarette smoke, perfume, soap or any other odor will not be accepted.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
All dresses are normally shipped in 2-3 weeks from time of order. Please allow one extra week for domestic delivery and 2-3 extra weeks for international delivery. Please note that if you order late and do not receive your dress in time for your event I will be unable to refund your order on these grounds. Exchanges will be welcome as per my exchange policy.
