STORE POLICIES

We stand behind everything we make! If we've made a mistake with your order we will fix it at absolutely no charge to you! We want you to be happy with your Lauren Girl purchase. If for any reason you are not and wish to return any item(s) upon approval of the return we will provide you with either a store credit, exchange, or refund, one of which will be selected based on your reason for return. You are required to email us within 3 days of receiving your items advising us of your reason for wishing to return any item(s). 

We cannot except returns after this 10 day period.  Returns will be returned to you at your cost and may incur a 20% restocking fee if a refund is granted. Original Postage and Rush Fees cannot be refunded.

CUSTOM AND MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom made to order Bridesmaid Dresses and Gowns, Princess Gowns and Princess Birthday Dresses. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

CANCELLATIONS:

We order any pre-ordered items, materials and schedule your custom made dress 24 to 48 hours after your order is received.  We will except cancellations up to 24 hours after receiving your order if we have not ordered materials for your dress at that time to have your dress made. Lauren Girl reserves the right to refuse a cancellation or to issue a credit voucher if order cancellation after this period is requested.

Normal tailoring time for custom made to order dresses and gowns are 3-4 weeks and subject to change according to number of orders in-house at the time of your order. If you are needing your order sooner it is your responsibility to notify us prior to ordering, to purchase our Rush listing and to also notate on your order of the date in which your dress is needed. If you are an International customer then please allow up to 2 Weeks in additional shipping travel time plus our stated tailoring time.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

Lauren Girl approved exchanges and refunds (excluding custom made to order items) are subject to the following conditions and all of the below must be adhered to for this to happen.

-You returned all item(s) within 10 days of receiving, We cannot except any returns after this 10 day period. 
-Return the item(s) in original sale-able condition
-Your return item(s) must not be soiled, washed, used or worn
-Original Tags must be attached to the garment
-The return must be approved by Lauren Girl via email
- *Unapproved Returns will be returned to you at your cost.
- Original Postage and Rush Fees cannot be refunded.

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Lauren Girl reserves the right to refuse an exchange, credit note or refund.

It is within our discretion to deem a product as faulty or not. We recommend all customers inspect their products upon receiving them. We do not accept returns on items that have basic wear and tear.

CUSTOM AND MADE TO ORDER

This applies to Bridesmaid Dresses, Princess Gowns or Princess Birthday Dresses which are made to order and are non returnable. We do not except cancellations or returns on our Princess Gowns, Princess Birthday Dresses and Bridesmaid dresses. We order materials, etc. to make your dress with 24 hours of your order and so cannot except cancellations.

We spend countless hours making and creating your dress by hand and once we have made it we will ship it!

DESIGN:
We are more than happy to help you in the design process and give recommendations and opinions, but in the end, the custom color choices are yours. We spend time making and creating gorgeous sample dress and getting them photographed to provide photos of color combinations, etc!  We are happy to create custom tulle color combination, but we cannot re-sell it if you decide you don’t like the way it turned out. 

COLORS:
We HIGHLY recommend purchasing a COLOR SWATCH before you order so you can see the color in person! We strive to have all our dresses photographed in natural lighting with minimal editing and no filters, etc. but lighting, editing and screen settings can make colors vary drastically.

We cannot except returns on custom made to order items if you realize that accidentally chosen the wrong color after your receive your items. 

SIZING:

Please note that our gowns are standard USA sizes and so we recommend that you choose the size that the child is currently wearing. We do not recommend sizing up or down. Length is measured from hollow of neck to hem or floor.

If you are needing assistance with sizing, please CONTACT US before placing your order, we are always happy to assist you.

HAIR ACCESSORIES & NEWBORN ITEMS:

For Heath and safety reasons, we do not except returns or provide refunds on newborn items and hair accessories. Customer service is very important to us! If you have any questions please let us know!

MONITOR COLORS:

Colors can appear very different on a computer screen so if you are unsure about a certain shade or you are matching colors please request a color sample before ordering. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing a COLOR SWATCH before you order so you can see the color in person! Once we received your return, refunds will be issued within approximately 3 business days.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Please note that we cannot be responsible for items once they are sent to the Postal Service. We are also not responsible lost or stolen packages. Shipping confirmation is sent to you via email and it is your responsibility to track and retrieve your package at time of delivery. We do not offer refund or replacement should such a event occur. You are welcome to purchase insurance so that you can file a claim for lost or stolen items should such an event occur.

RE-SHIPMENT OF POSTAL RETURNS:

Items returned due to incorrect or problem addresses will not warrant a refund and can be reshipped to customer’s correct address. Customer is responsible to re-shipping costs. Rush fees cannot be refunded.

1st class international packages cannot be tracked outside of the US and so may only show last port of exit such as New York. etc. We have never had an international package lost or fail to reach it's destination via the Postal Service but should such an event ever occur we cannot offer replacements or refunds on any international packages. Again insurance can be purchased if desired.
