      RETURN OR EXCHANGE

      Returns and exchanges requests must be made within 10 days from the date of receipt. Restocking fee may apply if refund is approved. Non-approved returns with not be refunded and will only be shipped back at the customers expense.

      Any item with "Non-Removal Tag" removed is not eligible for return or exchange.

      Any purchase of full-priced merchandise that is returned to us within our deadline is eligible for a refund or for store credit at the discretion of Laurengirl, minus the cost of shipping.

      CUSTOM AND MADE AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

      ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom made to order Bridesmaid Dresses and Gowns, Princess Gowns and Princess Birthday Dresses. Pre-order items are items that we order from and have made for you by other facilities and have also paid for in advance.

      Pre-order items are ordered 24 hours after you have placed your order with us and cannot be cancelled or refunded after the 24 hour period. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

      Example: Items that do not state Ships Immediately or in 1 to 3 business days are special order items. (Which means we order them in specifically for you per your order) These items are not returnable.

      Any item that is listed as Final Sale is not eligible for return or exchange. 

      After adding a promotional code to an item, the item is then considered a SALE item and is only eligible for a size exchange or store credit if return is requested and shipped back within 10 days.

      Items purchased during special sales (Deals & Steals, $30 Thursday's, Wishful Wednesday's, etc.) are only eligible for return for store credit.

      Items in the LAST CALL category are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits will be offered for these products.

      All items must be returned new, unworn, and in the original packaging. Items returned with missing/damaged packaging or tags will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

      Any items that have been washed or altered in any way (including tag removal) are not eligible for return or exchange.

      The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item, as well as the cost of exchange shipping, except in circumstances of defect.

      If you suspect that you have received a defective item, please email pictures of your item to laurengirlclothing@outlook.com within 3 days from the date of receipt.

      Defective items notified to us within the 3 days of having received them will be exchanged for the same item. If this item is unavailable, store credit will be offered.

      Items that are received with broken buttons, broken snaps, holes, inoperative zipper, or stains are considered defective.

      Defective items do not include: differences in beading patterns, loose strings that may be cut off, wrinkles or creases, sizing issues, not laying flat, etc. 

      Laurengirl inspects all returns and exchanges, and should an item be in unsellable or unfit condition, Laurengirl has the right to deny its return.
